Cedar Waxwing

They came, they ate, they conquered! These darn birds were so neat to see and so elegantly plumed for the first few days. Then, they were here by the hundreds -- flying in large flocks, eating all the berries of the trees, and leaving every car parked beneath a tree in dire need of a wash. Their high pitch sqeaking can be annoying even from inside.
But, they are a beautiful bird. Just wishing ther weren't sooo many of them.
